As a new team member of Hotel Okura Amsterdam you start with an introduction training. After the introduction you get a training on-the-job and a number of practical training sessions. For an Apprentice, the salary depends on your age and level is between 1.015,17 euros and 1.691,95 euros gross per month.

At Hotel Okura Amsterdam we find it important to take part in activities in addition to working with colleagues. At Hotel Okura Amsterdam we do volunteer work together with the colleagues. We organized a burendag, painted at a petting zoo and regularly assist colleagues in the ministry at a benefit gala. There is also the possibility to attend a workshop. Every employee can organize a new workshop or event. Like participating in the annual Dam tot Damloop or at the beach volleyball tournament, you can also take part in the Staff Society association which, for example, organize the annual staff party.
