Are you a passionate chef with a love for Japanese cuisine? Then this is your chance! Hotel Okura Amsterdam is hiring new chefs for our renowned Sazanka Teppanyaki Restaurant. You start with an intensive 9 to 12-month training programme, including 2 unforgettable months in Japan, learning directly from master teppanyaki chefs in Hotel Okura Kobe Japan.

Who we’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
• Great passion for Japanese cuisine and the Japanese culture
• Strong social and communication skills
• Teppanyaki experience, knowledge of Japanese culture, or experience as Chef de Partie is a plus
