What to expect
The Ciel Bleu Restaurant located on the 23rd floor of the hotel, offers a panoramic view over the city of Amsterdam and is awarded with two Michelin stars. The ultimate Ciel Bleu experience entails exceeding guests’ expectations in regards to dishes as well as service.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing the restaurant dishes at the highest level, conducting mise en place activities, cleaning of the kitchen, guiding the necessary areas of the kitchen and developing new items for the menu. Your main tasks will be:
Don’t worry, you will not work alone. Besides your own team, you will also work closely with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. You will work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays.
