Service Manager - Le Camelia Restaurant and Room Service

What you can expect

As the service manager at Le Camelia, you will be responsible for the breakfast, room service and panorama lounge. You will be leading a team of 20 employees consisting of an assistant manager and 3 supervisors. Together with your team you will be looking for ways to further develop the outlets paying special attention to the extraordinary guest experience and employee satisfaction. You are the key person to guide this enthusiastic team to greater achievements and realising their full potential.

 An overview of the outlets under your supervision:

  • At the Hotel Okura breakfast offers an exquisite mix of the best of Western & Japanese offering, a fusion that represents the culture at hotel Okura. Combining this culture with an authentic service is the best way to start the day.
  • The Panorama lounge is the executive lounge, where the guest from Panorama rooms and higher level, have access to complimentary breakfast selection, afternoon tea and bites in combination with a drink.
  • Room Service offers guests an in room dining experience to enjoy the hotels culinary experience in the comfort of their rooms. This service is available from 6.00 till 01.00 daily.


What we offer

  • Contract: 1 year with the possibility of extending. We want you to stay!

  • Salary: Group 8. Click HERE for the salary scale 

  • Bonus: 1 month salary if SMART goals are achieved

What we ask

  • An excellent command of English (in word and writing);
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • You take great pleasure in working with a diverse group of people;
  • You have excellent leadership skills which enable you to inspire, coach and motivate a team.
