As a Supervisor, supervising and coaching team members is a big part of your responsibilities. It is also your job to welcome our guests in a professional and warm manner and help improve efficiency and service in the restaurant. Your main duties will be:

  • Train and coach the team;
  • Maintain intensive guest contact, including in a foreign language;
  • Pro-actively selling restaurant products;
  • Operational tasks in the restaurant, such as taking orders, serving guests, arranging payments and cleaning up;
  • Performing daily tasks related to Mise en Place within the restaurant;
  • Following guidelines related to safety, health and safety, hygiene and HACC;
  • Ensuring that the tables and restaurant are kept clean and presentable.

Don't worry you will not be working alone. Besides working in your own team, you will also work with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. Work is done in shifts seven days a week, with times from 06:00 - 14:00, 07:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00. You will work 5 days a week, 7.6 hours per day. You are also available to work on holidays.

What are we asking
