What are you going to do?
The financial department is responsible for processing all turnovers and costs.

As Accounts Receivable Trainee at Hotel Okura Amsterdam you will support the Accounting Department with their daily activities. Related to Accounts Receivable.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Check, create and send daily invoices for hotel and restaurant reservations;
  • Check, create and send group or banquet invoices;
  • Process and file closed invoices within accounts receivable;
  • Make daily reconciliation for credit card transactions and follow up on discrepancies;
  • Book and reconcile payments from online payment platforms;
  • Assist accounts receivable team with daily or monthly tasks.

You will work Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00. It is possible to work 1 day a week on your school assignments or thesis.

What are we asking?

  • You have knowledge of Word and Excel;
  • you are fluent in English;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You are able to work precisely, organized and independently;
