What can you expect

An independent role with the chance to create and manage your own strategic sales plan and budget. The possibility to learn and work closely with Leading Hotels of the World, the first and largest luxury hotel company. The freedom to alternate between working from home and the office.

You would be responsible for developing and maintaining an account base within the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region and possibly other European regions. You are responsible for generating revenue and new business opportunities for Hotel Okura Amsterdam and meeting planned revenue objectives. You are actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and following up on potential business and are constantly looking for the next business opportunity. Your main tasks will be:

  • Developing and maintaining close relationships within your portfolio;
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with Leading Hotels of the World and other sales & marketing partners;
  • Creating and following up on opportunities in order to create new business;
  • Meeting revenue objectives with regards to existing and new business;
  • Determine direct selling activities to maximize revenues in managed market segments;
  • Give input on the hotel’s sales plan based on the needs of the managed market segments;
  • Actively increasing revenue with the help of external sales calls, telemarketing and in-house sales calls;
  • Actively participates in the relevant road-shows, trade fairs and other events in collaboration with our Sales & Marketing partners;

  • You have a good understanding of the German and English language (both spoken and written);
  • You have some experience in a commercial position (+/- 3 years) preferably within the hospitality.
