Hotel Okura Amsterdam is undergoing a digital transformation as part of our technological strategy. Hotel Okura Amsterdam is known for its excellent service and wants to focus on timely and accurate business information in order to improve the guest experience, increase the job satisfaction of our team members and improve our business results. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who can analyze data from all available sources and translate these findings into strategies and actions for our commercial and operational departments. This with the aim of optimizing overall business performance. In addition to classic revenue management, this role includes a broad responsibility within the organization and are you going to advise the key stakeholders within Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
Working days- and hours
You are preferably available five days a week. Working days and hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00.
Who are you?
In order to be able to perform this job well, we expect you to have (at least) developed the following competencies to a large extent.
Your immediate colleague is a trainee, which makes this a stand-alone position. Because you are in close contact with our commercial and operational departments, you are more than part of our Hotel Okura Amsterdam team.
