What to expect
The Pastry department prepares all patisserie and desserts for the venues in the hotel such as: Breakfast, Room service, Banqueting and the restaurants.
As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing the greatly diverse dishes at the highest level, conducting mise en place activities, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Your main tasks will be:
Don't worry, you will not be working alone! Besides working with your team, you will also work closely with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. Work is carried out in shifts throughout a 7-day workweek. You work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays.

Who are you?
Pastry
Our Pastry Kitchen is responsible for the preparation of all pastries and desserts for several departments, such as the breakfast restaurant, Roomservice, Banqueting and our restaurants.
Who are your colleagues?
The Pastry Kitchen consists of seven employees, under the supervision of one Executive Pastry Chef.
