What to expect
The Executive Office consists of our Chairman of Head Office, President, General Manager, Executive Secretary and the Executive Office Trainee.

Together with the Executive Secretary, being the first point of contact for the Executive Management, internally and externally, you connect easily because of your flexibility and excellent communication skills. With your positive attitude and organizational talent you make the complex feel easy. Balancing between small detail and large comprehensive tasks is a welcome challenge for you. You are an energetic person and dealing with confidential information with integrity is self-evident for you. You will divide your time between tasks within the Executive Office and carrying out projects. Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate events and meetings on behalf of the Executive Management;
  • Schedule appointments, assist with the making of travel arrangements, manage diaries etc.;
  • Correspond in English or Dutch towards internal and external stakeholders;
  • Deal confidentially with information (confidentiality agreement);
  • Efficiently manage conflicting priorities and deadlines in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

    The traineeship shifts are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. To assist during events, you may need to work in the evening or on weekends. It is possible to work on your thesis or any assigned school tasks once a week.

    • Contract: Trainee contract, minimum of 6 months starting from September
    • Salary: We offer a trainee compensation of 500 euros per month, based on a fulltime traineeship
    • Holidays: With an internship agreement of 6 months, you will receive 1 day off per month

    What are we asking?
     
    Of course, we are first and foremost interested in you and what we can do for you as an employer to provide you a great workplace. However, we expect you to:

    • Fluent in Dutch & English, verbally and in writing. This is a key requirement for this position;
    • Organisational and planning skills;
    • Effective communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Applications);
    • Able to solve problems and use initiative to deal with situations;
    • Effectively manage multiple demands and tasks and flexible in executing tasks on an ad hoc basis;
    •  Accurately check detail of processes and tasks to ensure that it is of a high standard.
