What are you going to do?
As a Chef de Partie you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes on the highest level, carrying out mise and place activities, keeping the kitchen clean, ensuring optimal functioning of the assigned partie and developing new items for the menu.

Work is carried out in shifts during 7 days a week.
You work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays.

To be able to execute this position well, we expect that you have at least developed the following competencies to a large extent.
Serre Restaurant is opened in 2011 and is awarded with a Bib Gourmand for it’s excellent price/quality ratio. In Serre Restaurant, a selection of Ciel Bleu’s signature dishes of the last years is presented in a new way. The menu includes classical as well as innovative dishes and forms an international blend of diverse dishes. The quality and presentation are in the style of Ciel Bleu, presented in a fresh way
Who are your colleagues?
The Serre Kitchen team works closely with the Ciel Bleu Kitchen team. The total team consists of an Executive Chef and Manager, A Chef de Cuisine, two Sous Chefs, seven (Demi) Chef de Partie and 10 apprentices.
