What are you going to do?
As apprentice you are responsible for offering excellent service in our Ciel Bleu Restaurant. Amongst other tasks, you are responsible for advising and guiding guests and offering service on a very high level!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Offering service to guests
  • Handling activities on Suite
  • Having good knowledge of the menu
  • Carrying out mise and place activities in the restaurant and pantry
  • Conforming reservations
  • having good knowledge of coffee and tea
  • Welcoming and guiding guests
  • Operating our cheese-car

Working days & working hours
Work is carried out in shifts during 7 days a week.
You work 4 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays. 

Who are you?

  • You are a student at one of the schools in the Netherlands
  • You have a passion for hospitality
  • You are guest oriented
  • You have eye for detail
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • You are flexible with regards to your work schedule
  • You are doing a tourism or hotel related study

Who are your colleagues?
The Ciel Bleu team consists of a Senior Service Manager, two Assistants Service Managers, a Sommelier, two Assistants Sommeliers, tree Demi Chefs de Rang, tree Chefs de Rang, an Apprentice and five Trainees.
