What are you going to do?
As Demi Chef de Partie you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes on the highest level, carrying out mise and place activities, keeping the kitchen clean, ensuring optimal functioning of the assigned partie and developing new items for the menu.

Work is carried out in shifts during 7 days a week.
You work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays.

The Ciel Bleu Kitchen team consists of Executive Chef and Manager, a Chef de Cuisine, a Sous Chef, a Jr. Sous Chef, three Chef de Parties, three Demi Chef de Partie and six apprentices.
